1. Service Agreement

All projects require a 50% upfront payment to commence work. We will define and agree upon project timelines and milestones before starting the work. During the project, weekly progress updates will be provided via email or scheduled meetings. Please note that any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. The final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of full payment.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original work remains the property of the developer until final payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will receive full ownership rights to the delivered work. Any third-party licenses, frameworks, and assets used will be clearly disclosed. Clients are expected to provide all necessary content, logos, and brand assets. The developer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio.

3. Project Timeline

The project start date will be confirmed upon receipt of the initial payment. The delivery timeline begins after receiving all required assets and information from the client. Delays caused by late client feedback will extend the project timeline. Rush delivery requests may incur additional charges.

4. Communication

Regular communication will be maintained throughout the project. Response time for queries is typically within 24 business hours. All project-related communication should be in writing. Emergency support will be available for critical issues.
